Weekly Live Class Dates and Times

Week 1: July 23rd, 2018 4:30PM-6:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Gina, Dave, and Stacie

Week 2: July 30th, 2018 4:30PM-6:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Gina, Dave, and Stacie

Week 3: August 6th, 2018 4:30PM-6:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Gina, Dave, and Stacie

Week 4: August 13th, 2018 4:30PM-6:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Gina, Dave, and Stacie

6 Hours: LIVE experiential group time with Gina, Dave, and Stacie in a large group


Weekly Session Details

Weekly Session Content:

  • Mindful Check-In (15-20 mins)
  • Topics for the Week--Mindful practice and other key skills (45 mins)
  • Table-side chat (30 mins)

Each class typically starts with a ‘mindful check-in’ where teens can share highs and lows for the week, review practices from previous weeks, and ask questions to the instructors. This is followed by a discussion of the topics for the week followed by the assignment of ‘On-Your-Own-Practices’ OYOPs for teens to work on outside of the group.
